Ferrey and Mennim have been involved in a number of small projects at this Listed property to assist the owner in carrying out refurbishment and improvements to the accommodation. The latest project involves a small garden room extension on the south side of the house to extend the dining room and give an informal space for eating and entertainment.
The design is contemporary yet using materials which are sympathetic to and harmonise with, the existing fabric and also provides up-to-date technical and services installations.
Listed Building Consent and Building Regul;ations approval have been gained and the project is due to start on site in 2007.
